Fantastic support. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. I got advice on a new SIM-only contract with 3. My new SIM showed up right on schedule. There was a hiccup with porting my mobile number from EE, but Jordan sorted it out in no time. I'd definitely recommend this service. Thanks a bunch, Karen.

"Great service and easy process..."
Great service and easy process for a cool product. I messed up when I ordered the iPhone 13 by picking the wrong color. Once I figured it out, just one email was enough to fix it. A day later, the iPhone in the correct color showed up at my place. Awesome!

"Total waste of my time."
I'm using my husband's Trustpilot account for this. I ordered the black iPhone 14 Pro Max with 1TB storage, and the very next day, I chatted with 'J' (I can't mention his full name because companies only like that when it's good reviews; otherwise, they flag it and take it down. Says a lot, right? Let’s just say he makes empty promises every day). He told me the phone would arrive on Tuesday. I traded in my old phone on Monday, thinking I'd have the new one the next day. That was four weeks ago. Each week, 'J' assures me (you'll get your phone this week), and every week, I'm left feeling let down and still phoneless. Last week, I reached out via chat three times to confirm, and they said it was definitely coming that week. Well, that was last week. Today, I got an email saying it’s still out of stock. The customer service on the phone seems uninterested and just wants to hang up. The chat feature is useless now. If it doesn’t show up this week, I’m canceling my order, getting my upfront payment back, and taking my business elsewhere. I won’t be coming back. It’s been four weeks without a phone, all because this company keeps making promises they clearly can’t fulfill.

It was a breeze to locate the deal I was after on the site. I placed my order on Monday, and the phone showed up on Tuesday. The number got switched over on Wednesday, so everything about the purchase went off without a hitch. I snagged it at a fantastic price, way cheaper than if I had gone straight to EE.

"Terrible customer support - avoid this business"
Absolutely terrible customer support. I ordered a new phone on 28/08/22 and it hasn’t shown up yet. Their phone lines are shut (still working from home). I’ve shot off two emails to customer service, but neither got a reply or even an acknowledgment. I guess I’ll have to wait until Monday, 9-5, to try the online chat and see if I can get in touch with them!

I was scrolling through Facebook and stumbled upon a post showcasing some awesome offers. I decided to check them out and ended up snagging a fantastic deal: unlimited 5G data and calls for just £16 a month. Since I recently bought a Pixel 6 Pro outright, I didn’t need a new phone. I hadn’t really paid much attention to SIM deals before, but I was shelling out £30 a month on pay-as-you-go for top-tier 5G speeds. Now, I’m getting the same service for only £16, so that’s a definite win!
I ordered the SIM in the evening, and it arrived the very next morning—talk about quick service! My brother's already signed up for the same deal. Couldn’t be happier!

"Last Week's Experience with Jordon for My EE Upgrade"
I signed up with Jordon last week for my EE upgrade thanks to the discounts I get from work. And let me tell ya, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who thinks this, but what a real treasure he is! I’ve never experienced such impeccable service from beginning to end. He was caring, attentive to what I needed, and just an all-around nice guy—not your typical salesperson, though he could probably sell ice to an Eskimo! With the rising cost of living, he never once pushed me to buy anything unnecessary when I mentioned I didn’t want to raise my payments. I even thought about trying to snag him for myself, haha!
